Dr. Woolston started Woolston Wellness Center with a mission: to optimize every patient’s health, so they live— and age —without pain.
Her expertise spans several therapeutic fields: biomechanics, psychology, nutrition and functional movement patterns. She believes in a multifaceted, individualized approach to patient care. She is fascinated by how posture and body movement affect our health and how the body compensates with injuries. Dr. Woolston loves tackling tough cases. Her cross-discipline treatments emphasize alignment and rehabilitation that offer long-lasting results.
Dr. Woolston grew up in Rijeka, Croatia, before moving to New York with her family during her adolescent years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia with emphasis on pre-med and clinical nutrition. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Woolston is also a Certified School Psychologist and has extensive experience working with the special needs population, positive psychology, and behavior modification.
Dr. Woolston specializes in treating musculoskeletal ailments and helping people heal after auto injuries.
She is committed to the health and well-being of her patients and promotes an active and healthy lifestyle through the integration of chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and positive psychology coaching principles. She develops wellness programs for individual and corporate clients.
Dr. Woolston loves what she does, and her passion continues outside WWC. She’s always game to try new workouts, to better adapt them for her patients. She also experiments with yoga sequences to heal different injuries and enjoys settling in for the night with a few health journals or good books. Beyond fitness, nutrition, and psychology, Dr. Woolston loves spending time with her two teenage daughters, volunteering through a variety of philanthropies, preparing healthy meals with her husband and traveling.
